Elmore Moody, President
Mr. Moody is founder and principal engineer of CiViLTech, Inc.,
which opened its doors in August 1997. Mr. Moody's
experience includes over 20 years working in both the
public and private sector on various transportation and
land development projects throughout the Jackson
Metropolitan area and Central Mississippi. Prior to the creation of CiViLTech, Inc., Mr. Moody served as the Public Works Director/Road Manager for the Hinds County Board of Supervisors for one year. In his position as Public Works Director/Road Manager, Mr. Moody was responsible for the maintenance of more than 900 miles of county roads and 308 bridges within the Hinds County and Greater Jackson Metropolitan
area. Also inclusive of this role was the supervision of 209 employees with duties in road maintenance, road construction, engineering, planning and administrative tasks.
He has a proven track record in the management of complex engineering projects,
including state and capital improvement projects.

Anthony “Tony” Lewis, Vice President
Mr. Lewis
joined CiViLTech, Inc. as Vice President in 1997. He
previously worked as the County Engineering Manager for the Hinds
County Public Works Department. His responsibilities included providing engineering services for road and bridge construction, surveying,
drainage design, subdivision approval, construction
inspection, and easement/and right- of-way negotiation.
His duties also involved supervision on Public Works
Maintenance staff and working with consulting engineers,
state and local officials and other county departments.
Mr. Lewis has served as Director of Engineering for the City of Asheville. He was responsible for directing professional and administrative staff to provide technical work in furnishing engineering services for a diverse municipality.

Danny Beasley, Engineer
Intern
Mr. Beasley joined CiViLTech, Inc. in June 2006. His responsibilities
include design and preparation of construction plans and
specifications for roadways, roadway drainage, street
improvements, water/sewer, site and general civil
engineering projects.
Previously he has worked at ERDC in Vicksburg doing
research for the Army Corps of Engineers. His experience
also includes being owner of Beasley Foundation Company
and Jackson Construction and Foundation Company.

Michael D. Gates, Engineer
Intern
Mr. Gates joined the CiViLTech, Inc. staff in June 2006
as a Graduate Engineer. He assists the team by designing
general drawings and preparing specifications for
civil-related projects.
Mr. Gates previously worked with SAKS, Inc. as a Quality
Assurance Analyst, where his duties included
assisting customers with Internet sales and monitoring
daily calls to maintain
quality assurance by providing monthly feedback. He was
also a student recruiter for the Engineering Department
of Jackson State University.

Glenn Robinson, Civil
Designer
Mr. Robinson joined CiViLTech, Inc. in 2005 as a Civil
Designer after previously working for IMS Engineers and
the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Mr.
Robinson's duties at CiViLTech include roadway design,
for both local roads and highways, and civil site design
for buildings. He has experience in working on the State
Aide Project for Hinds County, as well working on
projects for the Mississippi Department of
Transportation and Madison, Marshall, Neshoba, Oktibbeha
and Washington counties. Mr. Robinson's extensive experience in roadway design
using GeoPak is invaluable to the company; he is also
well-versed in MicroStation SE, MicroStation J,
MicroStation V8 and AutoCAD engineering software.

Dion
D. Quinn, Engineering Technician
Mr. Quinn joined the staff of CiViLTech, Inc. in February
1999. He has been instrumental in providing key technical support to our staff of Engineers and Project Managers. Mr. Quinn's
expertise includes knowledge of a variety of technical capabilities, including field data collection, surveying, preliminary drafting, final drafting
and design, assistance in development
of final construction plans, field
coordination and composition development of technical documents, engineering reports and studies.

Alger Orlando Pennaman, Construction Inspector
Mr. Pennaman joined CiViLTech, Inc. in 2002 as a Construction Inspector. His duties include
onsite construction monitoring; construction QA/QC and
construction budget and job cost approval. In a previous
position as a Civil Engineering Technician for the
Federal Highway Administration, he performed compliant
inspections on bridges, drainage and other highway
structures in accordance with plans and specifications;
recommended rejection of unsatisfactory work; prepared
technical reports of individual test results; and
operated electronic instruments used in construction surveying.
He is a certified Concrete Field Testing Technician.

Johnny Jones, Survey Party
Chief
Mr.
Jones
joined CiViLTech, Inc. in 2004 as a Survey Party Chief,
His primary responsibilities are leading survey crews in
field data collection of topographic surveys, ALTA
surveys, boundary surveys, hydrographic surveys and
construction staking. Mr. Jones is familiar with
conducting land records research, as well as adept using
various surveying equipment. Before joining CiViLTech,
Mr. Jones worked as a Party Chief with MapTech/Neel-Schaffer,
Inc.

Hynethia Richards, Office Manager
Ms. Richards joined the staff of CiViLTech, Inc.
in May 2000. Ms. Richards plans, directs and
coordinates office support services and directs
advertising programs to promote interest in the
types of services provided by the company. Her
exceptional performance in document and form
preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, record
management and business administration has
positioned her to be a key support member of our
team.

Catherine Simpson,
Receptionist
Ms.
Simpson joined the staff of CiViLTech, Inc. in October 2005. Her primary
duties include client relations, data entry and office

professional engineers and project managers.
